Glad to hear they added additional pyro shots to 'Epcot Forever'.
It will be interesting to see in person later this year, as I was there for the debut performance back in 2019.
As much as I liked the kite elements, being able to view both versions will naturally stir comparisons between the two.

since they extended the hours of EP and MK to 10pm in July, is the thinking that theyll do both firework shows at 9pm or 10pm?

Thanks! In that case the epcot monorail should be ready to go by 7/1 because I can see a lot of people trying to make both.
The first 2 weeks in July MK is 11. Expect the rest of the month to follow.

The timing that will make that nearly impossible. 25 minutes to get to World Showcase would require planetary alignment.

Extra pyro is most definitely cheaper then paying people to zoom around the lagoon on seadoo’s flying electric kites. Just another classic chapek cost cut *eye roll*

Not really a cost cut. The lagoon isn't in a position to have jet skis flying around, and the kites were pretty much done. Towards the end of EF in its first run they were barely working. I personally would much rather see pyro than kites

Watch HEA from the ferry and EF from the monorail as you loop through the park. Would require some excellent timing, but seems doable.

Yeah, not worth doing. But watch it become a tictok challenge
We watched Fantasmic, shot out the theatre at the end, raced to the car and shot up World Drive. Caught most of Wishes from an empty ferry and the finale from Town Square. Not recommended for first timers but good fun for us.
