Do you honestly believe the castle float is going away?

Please, I have pics of the castle float from when I first went as a kid which I want to say was at least 25 yrs ago....Love that float!!!!!

What do you mean, no new nametags? Are you sure? Where did you hear it? Mind you I didn't hear there will be new nametags, I just assumed. But I suppose that is a good money saver.

Oh the pin website it clearly shows a new CM pin...which is the CM nametag...don't worry we are surely getting new ones...hopefully they wont be as crappy as the HCOE 1st edition that felt like a sticker.

I looks basically like the last one except with the new icon..its good now that they actually have hidden mickeys now! I can't wait to get this pin!

EDIT: I think it's interesting that in the pin merch. they are calling it Celebrate EVERYDAY! instead of What will you celebrate?...Was this at the town meeting?

While not a definite thing, it's at least a very good sign that new name tags may coming. For the record, I love "Dream Maker" at the bottom of the pin, and hope that it's incorporated into the new name tags if they are indeed produced.

As far as "Celebrate Everyday," the grammar nazi in me cringes every time I see it. "Everyday" is not being used as an adjective, and thus should be "Every Day." Grrrrrrr. *steps off grammar soap box*

Disneyland CMs were told outright in their meetings/orientations about the new celebration that they weren't getting new nametags. I guess that doesn't necessarily have to mean we won't, but I really can't imagine we'd get new ones and they wouldn't. They're not necessary, and Disney is doing everything they can to save $$ right now. :shrug:
