I can't wait to see it in person! What is the new stage show going to be!

I am not sure but I would guess Stitch will be involved.

The real interesting item to me is the reworking of Illuminations. Can't wait to hear what that is about.

Umm...How do they propose THAT? A new show? Or just new announcements like we got for YOAMD?

Whole thing seems a bit sketchy.

And there already is a "Celebration" section of ROE...

More then likely they will probably just add a pre-show announcement like YOAMD's and Holiday tags. I seriously doubt they would overhaul the entire show....

If it were premiering for WWYC-2009, it would open on 01-01-09. That's when the new "celebration" takes over from YOAMD II.:lookaroun:lol:

Entertainment news I'd like to hear:

the return of the Diamond Horseshoe Jamboree;
some stage show throughout the year in T-Land;
truly new inventive day and night parades;
more non-foamhead (real entertainers) performances;

I wouldn't mind that at all. I would love to see the Diamond Horseshoe brought back to what it used to be.

I would rather them throw all the princesses and their princes onto the castle float, and get rid of the princess float. It should have been retired in 04.

I heard Snow Prince will be with Snow White as well.

Right, but I think that even though it miiiiiight not be a new IllumiNations, the name SkyDance has come to represent a rumored new show for the 40th.

Also heard that Block Party Bash will indeed get the Christmas overlay starting in 2009...and the Prince Caspian meet n greet will probably stay around for awhile longer. They can change out the meet n greet location for someone new if they want to, however the trees inside the meet n greet were pricey so they may milk it for everything they can.

I finally went to my "town hall WWYC meeting". The Illuminations addition is simply changing the male voice over to reflect the new celebration. The show won't change.

The new MK parade looks a lot like Block Party Bash.

So, to sum up: All new decorations, pins, buttons, etc. MK gets a new parade, new Stitch show similar to Turtle Talk. All the other parks get nothing basically.

It will be a similar celebration to YOAMD and that is a good thing, to my way of thinking.
