Anyone seen Carrie Underwood's video from the movie? It popped up when I opened up Yahoo! and I thought it was kind of cute....

We did see Enchanted Merch at Toys R Us this weekend (got a doll for daughter's Enchanted Bday party at the theater with her friends) and Kohls.

Ooh, I want to come to the party!! DD18 & her BFF are going to celebrate BFF's birthday, and I am NOT invited - made plans to attend the matinee on opening day, and I can't get the afternoon off. Brats! (Just kidding...)

Some merchandise has already started to show up at the theme parks - just children's books for the most part though. I've resisted reading them as they do give away the ending and key plot points. :)

There was a good bit of merchandise in the Disney Store in the Galleria Mall in Houston this past Friday. They had costume gowns, tshirts, dolls, dress-up sets, etc. I can't wait to see the movie. Looks to be very very cute. :)

I walked by the Disney Store the other night and they had the most beautiful white dress for little girls. I am getting really excited for this movie.

Most definately looking foreward to seeing this movie with DH.
Do you think that this movie's princess will be as popular as, lets say, ariel, bell, jasmine, and cinderella?

Yes, but the audience base may be greater and even appeal to OLDER kids, say Middle and High School, just because of the level of comedy involved.

havent seen a lot of movies then, have you? girl falls in love with prince then is transplanted to the real world by accident, along with other creatures from her animated world. girl then falls in love with mcdreamy, who she was really meant to be with, and breaks the princes heart, but in a very funny fashion im sure. in the end the girl decides to take mcdreamy back with her (or she stays) and the evil queen is defeated.

and ive only seen the preview.

Am I the only one who thinks this movie looks bad?

While I would prefer a movie all in traditional animation, I think this movie looks very cute. But then again, I am not picky when it comes to feel good movies. As long as it is entertaining and I come away with a good feeling then I am sure I will enjoy it.

The movie is so good! I saw it already and liked it enough that I'm going to see it again after it comes out. It's equal parts funny, cute, romantic, and just pays a really perfect tribute to the classic Disney cartoon formula. And the music is amazing, Amy Adams actually sings and she has a great voice! If you want to know anything else about the movie, just let me know!

Oh, and I even liked it enough to change my avatar to support it using www.myspace.com/enchantedmovie. Cute, huh? ;)
