Just saw the movie for a second time and loved it!! It was a great movie and had some wonderful songs. I loved the begining, it had that classic Disney feel to it.

No, I couldn't believe it was actually a real film when I saw the trailer before Pirates this year. We seem to be in the extreme minority though.

I'm in agreement. It looks really bad to me, too. I'm willing to give it a chance though since it seems to be getting great reviews everywhere. Sometimes trailers and clips don't do a movie justice. I'm skeptical, but I'll wait to see it before I get too critical.

I TOTALLY want to see this movie. For starters, I think it's great that Disney is poking fun at themselves like this. I mean, other people make fun of Disney and turn huge profits out of it (coughShrekcough) Why not Disney themselves?

I agree with you. And the difference between Shrek and Enchanted is that Enchanted is a quality movie with a charming story, while Shrek relies simply on jokes and gags.

So yeah, I definitely recommend seeing this movie. As a Disney fan, I also appreciated the cameos by famous Disney alumni (Jodi Benson!). The scene where Jodi Benson appears is really funny to me. You probably won't miss it, there's plenty of hints throughout the scene!
