So I guess the plan is just to trash all of the animatronics from Dinosaur then? That's a shame.

Iād imagine that the archives ends up with a few of them. Iād hope the Iguanadon and a Carnatorus, but maybe just some of the smaller ones. We shall see when they trot some out for a D23 event in 2030.

Actually they could move them over to the Speedway as set pieces to dramatically show younger guests where the fossil fuels to power this attraction came from...though I do think there has been a change in scientific opinion about that....lol

Pretty funny to think this will be their second missed opportunity in the span of less than a decade to repurpose a bunch of dinosaur animatronics for a Primeval World.
If we just keep repeating this idea, can we speak it into existence??
Even sadder is the fact that the train closed for years and nothing really guest facing positive happened to it at all.

Talk about ungrateful. They planted at least 4 new plants in-between fantasyland and Tomorrowland. That's worth at least a $3 increase in ticket price. Sheesh, you just can't please some people.
Oh you didn't hear? Those were since removed. They were ruining the sightline for guests of the next planned DVC booth.

Anyone else oddly surprised that they are not using the Conservation Station as a base of expansion?

Itās crazy that for all the years of closure nothing interesting was added. They had an opportunity and didnāt seem to care.

I know that at this point itās not going to likely change, but it baffles me that Disney finds it more reasonable to demolish/ replace Dinoland instead of adding to a park with so few attractions as it is. Thereās no reason we couldnāt have Tropical Americas as an addition, and they could also improve Dinoland.
I hope at the very least we are given ample warning with closures, as sometimes not much is given.

In reality that is exactly what should have happened.
Not only is it cheaper to just replace something that is already a larger ticket attraction that we are seeing more frequently, staffing is going to continue to struggle.
So projections have staffing being an intense struggle before and of course while EPIC opens. By early 2025 you will see many things more desperate staffing mode. It is not just front of the line situation that the CP helps with. But big professional recruiting has gone on.
