As a Disneyland guy, I hope you guys don't get Cars Land. Im sorry. Haha. It should stay exclusive to DLR. I'm not anti cloning but I do like the concept of at least one signature land being exclusive to a park/resort. Besides it sounds like a bad fit at MK. It would be nice if the castle parks didn't get single IP lands. Too late for Disneyland.

How about a Wreck it Ralph Racers on the scale of RSR through Sugar Rush in DHS?
That would be spectacular, and DHS would be the perfect place for it... Which of course means they will never do it... or if they do it will be in Animal Kingdom... Seems like lately they only put things in the wrong park...lol

A Greek mythology land would IMHO be a great fit somewhere in WDW. I actually think one in MK wouldn't be a bad fit if it is more general and not specific IP based. Hercules (the Disney movie) is an obvious option and Percy Jackson if they have theme park rights can work. I also think it blends easily to something more generic like an Odyssey (or Jason and the Argonauts, etc) ride even though that's not a specific IP.
Why not World Showcase with a Greece Pavilion hosting a" Journey into Mythology" sort of treatment.... Entering a Ruined temple we wake the spirit of Zeuss who opens a time portal and brings us back to the Mythological World....

To be fair, it depends on the animal and the zoo. Disney does a good job for the most part though I am not a fan of the dolphins at Epcot.
Yes, dolphins are a good example. We have enough evidence to suggest they have higher intelligence. Orcas too have proven they are not suited for captivity, again, barring that they are not injured or in need of assistance. And even then they shouldn’t be doing “shows”

EDIT: Wait just a dang second. Theres dolphins in the Seas? o_O never seen them

I don't think Greece can afford to sponsor it, which would mean Disney would foot the bill. And they wouldn't spend enough to make this as good as it needs to be.

Elephants are extremely intelligent and do not mate when stressed. The incredible, unprecedented success of Disney’s elephant breeding program speaks volumes to how well cared-for they are. The wild would be far more dangerous for them.
You may want to look into the lifespans of captive elephants versus wild ones before reaching premature conclusions about their care and safety.

I'm glad we're talking about Animal Kingdom again, but how did we start debating whether or not AK is a zoo? I always go with the famous line, "Nahtazu!"
I don’t think anyone is debating whether it’s a zoo or not. It belongs to the AZA, so there isn’t much room to doubt its classification.

I think the issue is that it's not "only" a zoo and some people still think it is -- huge sections of the park and most of the attractions don't have any animals.
The only time my partner and I visited Animal Kingdom was to experience those non-zoo sections. Unfortunately, we couldn't avoid seeing captive animals while walking between the sections, which is why we haven't been back since. It's more a zoo than anything else.

Genuine question, do you also take issue with the horses at MK?

Calling it a zoo is a bit reductive. If you removed all live animals from DAK without adding anything new, the park could definitely continue to exist (though it would be worse and not worth the current price of admission). If you removed all the attractions without live animals OTOH, I imagine it would have to close down completely.
