Yeah the original plan was a boat similar to the Coco attraction going to DCA but a few months back momentum had shifted to it being an omnimover type ride.
LPS ride system wouldn't be surprised if its Mystic Manor in terms of size but rethemed with Encanto.
Will it? Nothing about the Indiana Jones concept art gives me any indication that it'll involve animals, and I've heard the Encanto ride will take us through the other rooms of the house so for all we know Antonio's room could just be the finale of the ride.

The latest art appears to be a lot more realistic to what they can actually build there. I feel like the original art was very much a blue-sky view.

Really it's not too different in scale than Temple of the Forbidden Eye. What it just needs are more trees to help mask its size.
