By the way I think they shoud create a completeley new pyro sequence during celebration and maybe update some of the video a bit.

Proud? Certainly not. It isn`t depicted quite like that in the show I should say - more man recording his hunting exploits as a live animal turns to a painting. Pretty much what the first Animatronic scene in SSE has shown since 1982.

And Martin, I think some of the other timings in this video will make you're blood boil. They are pretty bad.

Does anyone know if they kept the neat lighting of the syncrolights one by one during We Go On? Or the `wave` laser (yes, I finally saw it!)?

Makes you wonder if they`ll keep this show version stored for nights when the Earth Globe can`t run.

I never really interpreted like that. I thought it meant man is in his cave drawing to explain what lies outside the cave and then leaves his cave to explore the world.

I can't wait to see this up close...we leave on Wednesday and I am hoping that our 5-year old will not be too weary from travelling to make it to ROE that night especially since we are staying at the BC resort.

Hey, be happy you'll get to see them relatively soon... We left for home Saturday afternoon, just barely missing the Globe's return. And no set date for my next trip. Grrrr....

Did the globe always turn into a topographic map as it does at 2:07 of the video? In the many times that I've seen I:ROE, I'd never noticed that.

After seeing that in the video, it makes the Show Notes (found here on WDWMagic) make even more sense:

"With a swirl of special effects, the image on the Earth transitions and for the first time WE, the audience, see the globe as Earth with full geography instead of pictures. This is a suggestion that we should all try to share the same perspective as the astronaut. The Earth is everyone’s home."

I had never noticed the topographic view before.

Now that the globe will be a "prettier" highlight of the show, they need to re-work its entrance -- and perhaps even just have it at center stage at the start of the show.

Unfortunately, the first time they show THAT version of the show it would include the unplanned "Armageddon of the Earth" as the Inferno Barge melts it into a blob of molten goo....

Wow, does the earth barge look good or what?! Everyone else has already said it, but I saw more in that clip that I ever have seeing the globe in person!

And I had not idea there were pulsating lights on the pedals during celebration either! Can't wait to see it when they've made all of the updates! My favorite show, getting better and better!

Nope - it's spectacular. We came away feeling like we'd never actually seen the globe show before.

Couple of notes - no fireworks from the globe torch last night. And there's a beautiful purple color around the globe base once the show is over - is this new?

I'm guessing the tweaking continues day to day as the globe didn't return to the lagoon until about 7:45 last night.

The Purple effect is just spotlights hitting the metal...been there for a while.

As for no Pyro-So no commets out of the tourch?That's not good.Did the tourch at least ignite?

The torch was fine and high and bright - just no pyro, but not the first time I've been there and noticed they were absent.

To be honest, I'm surprised I even noticed since the quality of the globe was pretty stunning.
