I think the loud engine noise, exhaust, and lack of guidance track killed them ever coming back.
Probaly but I was talking about how low the new bridge is.

Great stuff as usual Martin!
Here is a question, did the new bridge they installed a few years ago 100% kill the Swan boats ever coming back?
Thought pretty, they were a bit pointless. Would be nice to have something modern, though. Very picturesque.
I dunno!May I assume by your use of the past tense that they are currently not all connected?
So what, exactly are they going to do once it's drained?
What's the mission, just pick up trash, check for leaks, etc?
Or something else?
It probably serves multiple purposes. Most importantly, they're beginning the refurb of the front facade of the castle, which will require significant scaffolding. They can't setup and work over a moat, so they decided to drain it.
While it's drained, I'm sure they'll do some scrubbing, patching, and cleaning.
AHh..just like they did to Spacemountain right?....While it's drained, I'm sure they'll do some scrubbing, patching, and cleaning.
Will they bring in Mike Rowe from Dirty Jobs to handle the scrubbing and cleaning?
Fair enough, scaffolding would be a good enough reason to drain, if that's necessary. For the castle refurb, what exactly are they doing?
Is it just repainting, or what additional types of work might there be?
Now that the back is open, I suppose one could see what they did
back there and extrapolate.
Does this mean no Dream Along With Mickey while they do this, as well?
I haven't seen this asked or answered yet! Does anybody know?
I will be a little disappointed as I've never watched a full show before. It's always been too hot for us to stand out in the sun and watch it b/c we go during summer. I was hoping to pause and watch this time around b/c I'm going first week of March!
Is there any reason to why the entire thing is being drained and not only a section like they did when replacing the Liberty Square bridge?
Because it's cheaper and more expedient to drain the whole thing at once than to dam up section then move to the next section.
Could also possibly have to do with the new bridge.
