Doesn't look like the dams around the castle are doing their job. They must not really be dams - perhaps they're filters to keep trash and sediment from getting into the castle moat area.

Someone mentioned dams in a post above....and here is a photo of something that appeared to be one, until I noticed the water on both sides of it.

I guess they just needed to drain it long enough to change out the bridge, and set up the scaffolding at the castle and terrace.

I noticed a dam on the other side of the castle which looked the same as the one pictured above on Saturday. I aso noticed the water level was much lower on the castle side of the dam.

That pipe in the moat is actually audio cable in a conduit.

I kid you not.

Some sort of communications or signaling circuit would be my guess.

Audio is just a one way COMM channel

Water is back everywhere except immediately around the Castle. I believe the original timeline had the work finishing up by the end of this month, or slightly into April. Haven't heard anything different.

They used the wrong dye. I believe the water SHOULD be green but the type of dye they use requires more movement in the water than what that particular area has so the dye all settled at the bottom.
