Just curious... if these are just the standard t-shirts why would you order them from WDW merchandising?

Easy enough to answer..just my way of supporting the decision to put Dr Who merchandise in the England pavillion....and hopefully it will lead to Disney specific Dr Who merchandise in the future...or an attraction of some type;)

Huge potential for a cool dark ride :D

I know right? How amazing would a Dr. Who ride be. Such potential too for storyline arcs with the time travel. Unfortunately, I'm guessing if they ever got the rights to Dr. Who they would probably slap him in spaceship earth instead of his own stand alone ride.

Am I right in thinking dr who has recently gotten very big in USA? I know it's always been big here in the UK, but I'm not sure international-wise.

Also, the bonus of a doctor who ride would be it gets a bit of a redo every few years. Nothing wrong with that :)

It got HUGE with David Tennant. Was big before that but he really put it over the top IMO.

@Mark – The shirts just arrived at the United Kingdom pavilion in Epcot and have been quite popular! I saw them on Saturday evening when I was at (surprise) Food and Wine Festival again. The shirts are from the national market meaning you can find them other places besides Walt Disney World. They include a shirt featuring a line drawing of the TARDIS, a shirt that says “You Never Forget Your First Doctor,” a shirt with an angel that says “The Angels Have the Phone Box (I haven’t taken my eyes off that shirt!).
