Hi again guys...
Just wanted to update you on my grandma.
It was determined that she did have a stroke last night. (It was actually determined hours ago...this is the first chance I've had to get on the computer since I found out.)
Her memory and speech are the only things affected. She can still chew, swallow, and use her arms and legs.
From what I know, she seems to be stable.
I don't think I'll be able to get to hospital tomorrow (sooo busy at school), but hopefully I'll get there on Sunday.
Thanks again for the thoughts and prayers, and please continue them.

Latest word from the hospital is that her condition continues to improve, so we're all happy about that.
Also, they're now not sure whether or not it was a stroke. She had a few TIA's before (mini-strokes), and now the docs think that this was another TIA that just added to the damage. This time, however, the damage is not just internal, but external, too - the speech and memory loss.
Anyways, thanks again for all the support. You guys and gals are the best!! :wave:

Better, thank you. Had some pain earlier, but it seems to have gone away for now. And I just ate the first solid food since the procedure, and no problems there.
