The guy in the blue shirt is famous Imagineer Tony Baxter. The story goes that he thought up the idea for Splash Mountain on the drive into work one morning, and Big Thunder was also sort of his baby.

I would've followed him just to see how he gets into Disneyland. I'd imagine the turnstiles just sort of bend out of his way, like Neo in the Matrix. No finger scan for Tony Baxter!
