Since not every country has Disney+ (and because Disney can make more money from it if it's in theatres), I can see it having a theatrical run in late 2021. They may just temporarily pull it from streaming if/when that happens.
That would definitely make sense. I cant wait to see it on streaming and in the theaters with my friends :)

The tour was supposed to come to my city for the 2020-2021 theatre season, but I just looked at the tour website, and it's been pushed back to the 2021-22 season. So I'm really looking forward to having it available on Disney+.
Dang that really stinks. I hope you will be able to see it soon. I was lucky enough to get tickets to see it in my hometown back in August last year.

The ‘special features’/docuseries type content on Disney+ is definitely one of its strongest features. Along with the back catalogue of course. I can’t wait for more Parks-based historical features as well.

I’m surprised one of the Star Wars films is not in contention for the next season of prop culture.
I'm looking forward to the "Ink And Paint Girls" series.

I adored the Imagineering Story. It was insightful enough and recognised the failings and the successes, didn't just feel like Disney PR fluff. Some more similar parks content (maybe something even more in-depth on select rides) would be great.

Seems odd that Warner would sell the streaming rights to D+ when their own streaming service HBO Max is coming out in two weeks. Disney must have paid a big price... or Warner is thirsty for cash.

On the we-all-saw-this-coming news front...

Did Disney ever film Frozen on Broadway? We saw it and it wasn't as good as either Aladdin or the Lion King. so I am not shocked it's run is over.
