Good news if true. It will really give them time to build worlds at these particular times and bring us more before jumping into another area

Here's a link to the April 11th "Disney Investor Day" where more info on Disney+ will be revealed.
Disney+, is scheduled to begin at approximately 5:00 p.m. ET / 2:00 p.m. PT and conclude by 8:30 p.m. ET / 5:30 p.m. PT.

Speaking of Streaming, while I'm not sure if this will be related to Disney Plus or not. Here's the logo for "Disney Digital Network Original ID" which got uploaded last October or December 2017. Apparently "Disney Digital Network" used to be Maker Studios.

The description for the video mentions "Monsters Inc The Series" and "The Legend of The Three Caballeros"

Disney Digital is their YouTube network for which they are creating web series. And yes it was formerly Maker Studios. Disney from what I can tell is still trying to get a handle on Tubers and what they want in content.

Its not Disney+ related, however I wouldn't be surprised if one didn't feed into the other at some point.

So I was already planning to sign up for Disney+, but I’m sure that the recent announcements about the cast for The Mandalorian is going to get a few more people interested.
Interested and worried at the same time. Filoni is part of the mix on the show. The guys that single handedly killed the best background material for Mandalorians by wussifying the heck out of them in Clone wars --> Rebels. Sabine Wren was at least a good character that followed the Mando code and wasn't some wussified peacenik they made the rest of the people out to be. The only other non wussified Mandos were bad guys. Leaving the True Mando Protectors out in the cold most of the time as a outlier. Please Lord don't let The Mandalorian suck as a TV show! Please!

I posted this in the wrong place before so I’ll post it again here.

For what it’s worth I’m REALLY excited for this:

I just hope they don’t mess it up. Hoping it’s like the stitch show a while back or the tangled show. Taking the franchise to a new direction or just the continuing adventures of the monsters

Wrong thread for this my friend, head over to Disney animation and TV section of the forums!

Pleasantly surprised to see John Goodman and Billy Crystal reprise their roles!

Wasn't expecting the show to focus on a completely new character. Hopefully that doesn't mean Sulley and Mike will be minor characters.

I really hope that their aren’t minor characters but I see that the new character (Tyler) has a lot of description so I assume it’s going to be mostly about them. To my understanding Pixar isn’t involved which worries me but I have faith that they can do this right.

EDIT: Tylor not Tyler what a interesting spelling...

If that Imagineering series has substance, it might honestly be incredible. Restored film of the parks and the like would be amazing.

How about some Davy Crockett!
Or for that matter I'll take reruns of the DL/Mousekteer shows on tv from yesteryear. Seriously , no reason not to put them up there.
Yes! I liked those shows. They'd have to replace of the cartoons on the MMC but those shows are oddly fun.
