I think when we finally do this we need to have shirts with our profile names on the front. Then on the back it should say WDW Magic with the following in quotation marks. “ A hive of miserable bastards and overly-critical a-holes who think they know everything.”

Orrrr we could do Biker jackets. Your call.

Miserable Disney Bastards kind of has a nice ring to it.

Isn't that @phantazmick25 who now lives in Japan?

Let’s do it. This is hilarious and honestly, I would be very critical of Marvel.

I vote for t-shirts or jackets.

@raven24 and I enjoyed the ride well enough. I liked the very large rooms inside. She didn't experience the standby queue with me, which is an extremely boring series of caves that made me feel like an Al Qaeda operative. The waterfall/plant area that Fastpass goes through is cool and reminded me of Avatar land.

This ride has a LOT of buildup and pre-shows that didn't really work for me. In theory, this seemed like an awesome idea, but we just wanted to get out of these awkward holding areas and get on the ride, especially the final Willy Wonka holding cell that I thought was going to be the ride.

Ride was fun, but it does break down a lot.

The Gestapo-like officer CMs that are supposed to play villainous roles were nicer than a lot of CMs we encountered in the park, unfortunately.

“Al Qaeda caves” and “Willy Wonka holding cell”💀💀💀💀😂😂😂😂😂 The running joke of the entire day.

Basically what @George Lucas on a Bench said. As a whole, the ride is fun. I enjoyed myself and would ride again, but only if the wait time was an hour or less.

My main qualm with this ride is the amount of pre-shows... There are several, which is absurd, in my opinion. Every time @George Lucas on a Bench and I thought we were finally going to board, we were hit with another pre-show. And they’re not short! Combined, the pre-shows are longer than the actual ride.

Some of the rooms are impressive, but many don’t have much going on and have lots of wasted space. The drop was entertaining but the final scene was too short and fast. Still very entertaining though.

The ride was giving me Transformers at Universal teas. It’s quite similar to that ride experience, down to the point of being called “recruits,” like in Transformers.

Glad I didn’t have super high expectations for the ride. I’m hoping they do better with the quinjet/Avengers ride coming in a few years. Overall, Rise was a fun experience.

Where do you rank it out of your faves at DL?

Also, not that I expect you to have an answer (Or anyone for that matter) but are these breakdowns expected to be fixed one day or is this going to be business as usual?

I had a feeling they went overboard with the pre shows especially considering the demo at DLR. With that said I guess it’s better than the Falcon Q?

Oh no! Transformers!? I hate that ride.

Do we know specifics about the virtual pass yet? Meaning, what time will we be able to get assigned? What happens on Magic Mornings? Meaning, when I was there in July, GE didn’t open during the extra hours. Will we have to wait until the entire park is open to get a boarding pass?

I’ve never ridden Falcon, so I’m not sure.😬

Yes, Transformers (minus the 3-D)! Both rides require “recruits” to go on a mission to do whatever, both have similar ride vehicles, both have “recruits” going from room to room, both have an explosion part, both have screens, both have CMs in specific character, etc. The main difference are the different franchises and m the elevator in Rise that takes you up so you can drop at the end.

Minus 3D is a good start. Also, Id imagine just the sheer scale of some of those rooms set it apart no? How is the Movement, does it maintain a slow steady pace or do you have short little bursts in speed? Is that old rumor true that the vehicles parks on simulators throughout the ride to add shaking, rocking etc? No spoilers please. Lol. I’ve managed to avoid all ride throughs. I’ve pretty much only seen images of the hangar bay with the Storm troopers and the AT AT room.

You’re right, one room in particular for Rise was HUGE. Not sure if any of Transformer’s rooms compared.

I don’t remember the ride being steady the whole time. @George Lucas on a Bench The ride did seem to have various speeds, right? There is no shaking and rocking.
