It's been rumoured to have been air based or known as project air for a little while now, potentially Up themed?
Wasn't Avatar Land project AIR?
It was speculated but Ally confirmed on an Instagram story that air was related to the spinner

I can't deny, I see sense to most decision at DLP but this one is quite hard to get my head around.
I don't think it'll be that tall, more like Silly Symphony Swings at DCA. We;ll have to wait until they announce the attraction's existence to know

There used to be one at MK didn’t there? Before New Fantasyland, over near Ariel’s Grotto.

I don't think so... there was the 'Sky Buckets' [not sure of their actual name] which was an early gonalda system you may be thinking of?

A central tower with seats that swung round. Didn’t go very high. Definitely a kiddie ride. Around 2005, somewhere near where Ariel did her m&g and the WtP outdoor play area.
Maybe my mind’s playing tricks but I thought I remember my two boys riding.

First trip with the kids, youngest just wanted to re-ride it over and over again. We took it in turns to wait with him and had to bribe him with Mickey bars to leave.
