Planet Hollywood to be replaced by an Italian Restaurant
Yeah, DLP realised that permits went public before they announced anything and asked people to not post about it. I've got this tweet about the permit but no location mentioned, although it will be Planet HollywoodHas the tweet been deleted? I get “not found” showing.
It depends what rides you need (I love BTM and what was SM M2) but I visited once during the last BTM refurb was down and SM was down too and I had a great time.Oh no, I’d been thinking of booking for February.![]()
Big Thunder is the only coaster I’ll ride, which is why I’d be sad if it was down.It depends what rides you need (I love BTM and what was SM M2) but I visited once during the last BTM refurb was down and SM was down too and I had a great time.
Notify the other parks, they only come in sets of six!!Maybe they get a discount if buying 2 Big Thunder retracks?
Big Thunder Retrack currently rumored to begin in January 2025
It’s an open secret that there are plans varying between shovel ready to blue sky for three of the four main lands at Disneyland Park. The main problem is funding. And often by the time funding is close to being given the plans they have are no longer the hot IP so needs to be reworked and then there’s no money again. Modern Disney is such a fickle company with no longer term commitment.Don't know else where to put this so Ill put it here:
A poster on ThemeParx says he has seen Imagineering walking around the main DLP park quite frequently in recent times, and others are claiming to have seen concept art on the tablets they carry around.
If this is true, it's glad to see Disney is still considering some sort of expansion to the park when all the attention has been on fixing up what will become DAW.
This still seems like a ways off. Earliest any expansion for this park would be announced would be D23 2028, but considering how much Paris gets the shaft at D23 Expos, I could also see D23 2030.
My hope for the former D23 would be whether or not Disney wants something big at the resort for the 40th anniversary in 2032.
