How big are these boarding groups if they are boarding 1 to 113 at the same time? I think the RotR groups must have shrunk as well, which is why they seem like they're doing so much better than before.
Monthly forecasts suck, but so far AccuWeather and The Weather Channel estimate it'll be 78 and 76. Hanging on to this pipe dream.
I'd happily sign off on either of these right nowMonthly forecasts suck, but so far AccuWeather and The Weather Channel estimate it'll be 78 and 76. Hanging on to this pipe dream.
Oh got it! No kids for us, so I can see why you have to consider the waiting times and weather.Well YMMV of course. I’m going with two young kids and dropping some decent dough on a 3 night trip. Was hoping to get the best bang for my buck. If it was just me and my wife going to the park on one day park hoppers I’d be less concerned.
I’m also excited to ride Grizzly River Run... most likely last thing at night before heading back to the hotel and the weather looks like it could be really nice.
Starting to look like my May 22/23 gamble didn’t really pay off. I mean you do get the park closing at 9pm instead of 7pm (get to see the parks at night) and some more stuff has opened up but wait times have definitely gone up. I’m kind of in No Mans land between the super low wait times of the last couple weeks and Avengers Campus opening. Not sure how many kinks have been worked out which is another reason I scheduled my trip a few weeks after opening.
The weather though is looking like it might be fantastic (if this 10 day forecast holds up) and I’d take the over just about anything... esp with the mask requirement.
I've noticed if you check the wait times by mid day, it looks like things are Back to Normal. 45 minute waits for all the west side E Tickets. It's hard to tell if it's limited capacity at attractions since it's supposed to be limited capacity overall. We'll have to determine that for ourselves. Maybe the waits are being inflated? It's possible they don't even really know since factors have changed.
Looking at it right now, it doesn't look bad at all.
Monday looks perfect
At Disney World, the rule of thumb seemed to be the real wait time was half the posted wait time. Of course it’s entirely up to the human factor of cast estimating the time in line. With social distancing, the estimates always seemed to be off. I don’t know if the same phenomenon is happening at Disneyland though.Welp, at least the park will feel empty when we re walking around and I won’t have time my walk across Main Street to avoid getting trampled.
But yeah wait times don’t look great today at all. Obviously some of the Es are much lower than they would be on regular day like Space Mountain (30 min) but looks like the average wait time is about 30 min. Not really seeing any walk ons

The one time I did WDW it was about the same conditions. I don't mind a dry heat, because you can at least go in the shade or indoors and it doesn't feel like a swamp. It's about 86 here in San Jose today and just having to wear my mask from my car to the CVS entrance sucked. I'm hoping it's not too bad in three weeks.I did WDW in May of 2017 and it was 90+ degrees with 95%+ humidity. We melted but survived...I think I can handle whatever heat Disneyland throws at me.
Me, too!!Heading up on the 25th!!!
Yeah, the humidity is brutal. It's been warm down here in So Cal but not bad the last couple of days. Congrats on dose 2!The one time I did WDW it was about the same conditions. Speaking of CVS, I now have second dose Pfizer juices flowing through my body, so I should be fully antibodied up by my trip.

I suspected this might be the case, but I have no proof.
Parkhopper tickets are a scam. You get the same amount of time in the parks.DCA seems to be empty whenever I look at wait times. I almost regret not upgrading our tickets to hopper but the horrendous 150 dollar price tag on single park DL admission brought out whatever last bit of my frugal side remained as I forked over my hard-earned dough to ride spookhouse rides for children while masked and standing on markers.
Does it still seem like June 15th is the go ahead date for out of state folks? I'm about to pull the lever on an August trip and really hoping it won't turn into a fourth cancelled trip.
