This is some great progress you're making, keep it up!!
Thanks! I'll be posting the first adventure themed area tonight, I'm undecided of which one I should talk about first...

Also, I'm considering adding a little story/plot to the realistic approach, having press releases being posted every here and there, like oh there was a change in plans, or the park is expected to open later than anticipated, progress updated, Iger talking about it, and so. How does that sound?

Thanks!!!! My aspirational date is July 16, let's see what happens.

Also, how did you make that logo, it’s amazing.
I used Keynote, I download the Disney font, and made an exact replica of Disneyland Hong Kong's logo, and replace the usual castle with Agrabah's Castle! It took me around 30 minutes, but it was worth it! :D

DISCOVERY COVE

As we move clockwise through the park, we arrive to the next land, Discovery Cove, a new take on Tony Baxter's concept for Discovery Bay, but also a new type of Adventure based Land for any Castle Park. This land is set to be one of the most immersive lands, and definitely one of the bigger ones, therefore it will have higher capacity rides, as well as some of the most amazing ones! This new take on Discovery Bay, will make the land be centered around the S.E.A. and the many adventures they have had!

One of the entrances to this highly themed S.E.A. Outpost can be found under ToonTown Hills, as you walk through a tunnel located underneath, something similar to the transition from Grand Avenue to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, the other will be through a gigantic hanging bridge that connects both of the Adventure Sections. Like the other lands we will be taking guests to explore three different areas, one centered around Jules Verne's creations, another to a well beloved Disney Classic Attraction, and the last one themed to a newer attractions that surely has become a classic by now!

The first area that guests will encounter after visiting ToonTown is Adventurer's Oasis, which hosts one of the most impressive and unique rides ever designed by Disney Imagineering, one that was built under the supervision of Walt Disney himself, which would only be fitting after exiting a whole land themed around him! Therefore, guests will be able to enjoy a fresh take on the classic Jungle Cruise, as they join Dr. Albert Falls on an adventure through the rivers around the world, however when the Jungle Cruise Skipper takes a wrong turn, leading guests to a new area, never seen before at any Jungle Cruise in the world, the stakes will become higher, and maybe guests will not make it out of it after all...

Afterwards, guests will be able to visit the Mysterious Island which is designed to be mostly a clone of the one at Tokyo DisneySea, with the exception of two major changes, Harrison Hightower will make a small cameo at an undisclosed point in Journey to the Center of the Earth. The other major change is that 20K will be transformed into the originally proposed Nautilus Simulator for Discovery Bay, which will feature Mary Oceaneer as the new captain of the Nautilus, which was given to her by his grandfather, Captain Nemo.

Finally, guests will be able to enjoy one of the most magical and charming ride designed by Imagineering in recent times, Mystic Manor, at Mystic Point, a fully fleshed version of the land at HKDL, and the attraction will also be slightly plussed, as it will be receiving a new scene, one centered around a room full of extinct creatures coming back to life.

@S.P.E.W I did some changes for the idea I had for this land to transform into something like you suggested as I thought it would be a pretty neat idea!

The Island At The Top of The World for Discovery Cove and a name change; Seaworld already uses that name.
Any suggestions for the name change? The best I can think of is Discovery Island or Discovery Coast.

Also I just read through the write up of the original plan for Island, maybe it can replace Mystic Manor? However one thing I didn’t understood is what Ride system it uses, because if it’s a simulator, it can replace 20k, and only use 20k as a restaurant like it was also used in the concept.

It’s not a simulator. It’s a suspended dark ride like Peter Pan or 20K Leagues .

The first area that guests will encounter after visiting ToonTown is Adventurer's Oasis, which hosts one of the most impressive and unique rides ever designed by Disney Imagineering, The Lost River Rapids, which could be considered by some as a new take on the classic Jungle Cruise, as Dr. Albert Falls is the one leading the expedition that takes guests to a place lost in time, where they'll encounter not only plenty of state of the art Dinosaur Animatronics, but also different types of extinct animals, like the Dodo. this area is themed to resemble an actual jungle, with some polynesian/steampunkish style buildings and high trees, so the only part of Mt. Verne that is visible is the tip.

Afterwards, guests will be able to visit the Mysterious Island which is designed to be mostly a clone of the one at Tokyo DisneySea, with the exception of two major changes, Harrison Hightower will make a small cameo at an undisclosed point in Journey to the Center of the Earth. Finally, guests will be able to enjoy one of the most out of this world and immersive experiences at Hyperion Hangar, where guests will find a seemingly forgotten Hangar, that not only hosts a life like replica of the Hyperion from the Island at the Top of the World, but also hosts a suspended dark ride based on said novel, as Professor R. Blauerhimmel, from the S.E.A., takes us on an adventure that we will surely not forget!
