Do whatever you think is best. If you ask me, I would like the attraction ideas list.
Perfect, my idea for it is to be a Hollywood District, that makes you feel like you're actually there, walking in a city, therefore my attractions are though to represent certain aspects. The List at the moment is:

- Oswald’s Lucky Cars (C-Ticket) (Trackless Flat Ride ): This would themed to a Gas Station/Rental Car owned by Oswald, there will be one vehicle with an Oswald AA, it would be similar to Luigi's.

- Remy’s Swinging Spoons (B-Ticket) (Spinner): It would be a complementary experience to the dining area, where Gourmet Restaurants will be located.

- Jack’s Haunted Manor (A-Ticket) (Interactive Walkthrough Experience): Located next to the ToT, it will be like a Haunted House of Hollywood, with Interactive and Fun experiences.

- The Tower of Terror (C-Ticket) (Drop Tower/Escape Room): A new type of Escape Room, after solving each challenge you board the Elevator, and after solving all, you'll be dropped!

- The Great Muppet Ride (E-Ticket) (Interactive Dark Ride): A studio based attraction, that will immerse guests into the fun world of the Muppets!

- Zootopia’s Bullet Train (D-Ticket) (Simulator): Sunset Boulevard's Subway Train Next Stop, Zootopia!

Fantastic ideas! My only issue is with Remy's Flying Spoons, I think it would feel out of place to have top-of-the-line, adult restaurants next to a ride mostly populated by screeching children. Other than that, A++

I agree, maybe Rat Trackless Ride would be a better fit? and make Muppets C/D-Ticket instead?

One thing I'm concerned about is if I should make Jack's Scary or Not, like it could simply be walking to different rooms and meeting the characters, playing some games, like Oogie's Lucky Dice, or making it a Scary walkthrough

How about a C-Ticket Ratatouille dark ride, like the kind you'd see in Fantasyland. As for Muppets, make it a D-Ticket, but I still believe that DisneyCenter still needs an E-Ticket. Maybe make Tower of Terror just the drop tower. And make the escape room somewhere else, themed to a different IP.

As for Jack's, how about you make it on the level of the haunted housed Hong Kong Disneyland has at Halloween time?

I like the idea, small C-Ticket Rat, E-Ticket Tower, D Muppets, and maybe semi scary Jack Escape Room?

Hopefully soon we can discuss the other Districts, I'm really excited to share them!

I was thinking that the Bullet Train would be the level of the Hogwarts Express at Universal, a relaxing experience that doubles as a mode of transportation. Just casually passing over the chase.
You're right, that would be a better experience for sure, since ToT will be thrilling, having a relaxing ride would be better, as it would bring balance to Sunset Boulevard! I really like this idea! :D
