Disney stock...

It's held up better than the Dow overall which is surprising, considering Russia is a pretty big Disney market in Europe. Guessing people don't expect them to leave over this geopolitical brouhaha.
I was reading that the last four invasions lead to a large sell off but a quick rebound, and with the downwards trends on the market since January, I’m thinking the bottom is near.

Im not needing to sell for x years anyways.

The bottom??

The thing is juiced. Lol…I love “modern analysis” of things.
It’s at a level Pre COVID on the announcement of Disney Plus.
The COVID drop was 88 a share I believe.

Do You think the stock will be higher in December 2022 then it is now?

I think that is a “safe” investment.

It’s always been a fairly stable stock…and that was in the old world. That’s why it’s dow 30

But the market Is a casino now…it’s all “runs” and “droughts”.

Just at nanosecond speed.

Disney isn’t a $200 stock…it may get there…but that’s not its market. They’ll run into more trouble with streaming than they have portrayed. But time will tell.

Disney will gain as long as there’s no financial dial back. Which we is tremendously overdue. So watch out for that.

If things always gain…it’s no longer an investment. There’s no value to success/failure. That’s anti-economics

European nations are just going to talk since approx 30% of their countries oil comes from Russia.
Well there’s ways around that. We just don’t believe it to be the case here
Taiwan is surrounded by US bases and like Japan and South Korea have a security guarantee from the US. Ukraine has near-zero US interests.
I don’t think that would stop them…but it’s always a delicate dance/balance between the two

The Chinese obsession with Taiwan dates back to events that are now 80 years ago. One would think they’d let it go like Elsa at some point.

Talk about a wild stock market whiplash.
More evidence it’s all nonsense

It’s a game…there’s no numbers involved. It’s people deciding how they’re gonna make money today…sometimes it’s winning, sometimes it’s losing…sometimes it’s order…sometimes it’s chaos.
