Personally I’d wait a couple more sessions before buying. Could, mind you I’m saying could, see a sub-$100 price before a quick return above $100 as the rebound starts.Ok…that’s your target.

The whole stock market is over valued. Disney was over valued because of Disney plus becoming bigger then Netflix. Not going to happen.
I would watch what happens with Thor? Many think they make it very woke, if so it will confirm what Disney is doing in the public's eye. They are looking at what Disney is doing now.
We will see.

$115.07 a share, down a bit today.
Might want to give AMZN a few days before purchasing.
I think Disney does well on this earnings report.
I just think moving forward..

Amazon web services…when they spin that off, it will be perhaps the most lucrative stock in history…like…ever.
I am past DIS. With our country now supplying Ukraine with firepower, defense stocks looks more attractive to buy.

AWS isn't going to be spun-off, its too valuable to Amazon.

But it’s likely the most valuable piece of a corporate entity out there. Who knows when Jeffy’s spaceship gets lost?

That's like saying Disney at some point is going to spin-off the Parks just because its the most valuable piece of the company. You can think that all you want, and even wish it, doesn't mean its going to happen.
Amazon is a far more valuable company with AWS than without. So just from a pure business standpoint it makes no sense to spin that off on its own.
Besides head of AWS basically said the same thing last week, no spin-off but more acquistions:

Amazon.com Inc.’s cloud chief Adam Selipsky said the e-commerce giant doesn’t plan to spin off its profitable Amazon Web Services division.

And Disney absolutely COULD spin off the parks for fees at some point. It would be dumping high overhead for easy - but obviously lower - profits.
Things happen in business. One month ago I didn’t think Twitter would be a hostile takeover victim.
All eyes are on May* and the outcome of the Q3 Earnings report.

Well you keep speculating, a spin-off is not an option for AWS right now. 5-10 years from now when Jeff is in his moon base, well maybe then I'll have another opinion.

Same as the pattern…quick $5-$10 a share bump and a sell off and more decline.
