No not at all. The Town Center has just begun, as has the second parking garage. It will be complete late 2016.
My DH will not be a happy camper ... he wanted to wait until it was completed before going back down, but a lot of my Disney $$$s will expire before the end of 2016, which is why now I'm building more Discover $$$ and buying gift cards at BJs Wholesale instead). Those $$$ never expire.

Photo update as of Friday, May 29.

As previously reported in this forum, the SoundStage Club building (BET) is being taken apart piece-by-piece. Additionally, the restrooms between SoundStage and the old Pleasure Island bridge are also being dismantled (see below photo). Framing studs are visible in the opening of the green wall facing left.

An overview of the World of Disney store from the old parking lot, showing the expansion across the entire back wall.

Inside the World of Disney store, a new construction wall has appeared inside the east entrance (across from Basin). The cash registers at the front entrance to this room are gone. A cast member said the inside of the store will be updated one section at a time, to be completed when the expansion facing the new Disney Springs entrance is finished. The "updating" will include removal of some walls and swapping out or changing of some rooms. The cast member said the current World of Disney store interior has remained largely the same since the late 1990s and was due for an update.

Sorry if this has been answered already, but I didn't see it. Is the old Adventurer's Club building being re-purposed or torn down and replaced, and either way, what is going into that exact space?

Such a construction project right now - wow! I will have to drive over and have a look around when I get down that way next spring.

The Edison people have that space.

Photo update as of Tuesday, June 2. In the 'odds and ends' category, since last week, the construction landing on the west side of Buena Vista Lake is being dismantled. The coffer dam used to shore up this landing is being removed. Now that major construction of The Landing is completed, this temporary construction site used for loading materials onto barges and floated over to The Landing is no longer needed. Finally, this eyesore will be gone.

Seems like there is still plenty of work to be done inside the Adventurers Club and Soundstage buildings, both of which face the lake.

During initial construction of The Boathouse, the best way to get the structural steel beams to the site was over the lake, as the Downtown Disney surface parking lots were still open to guests. Now that the former surface parking lots are construction sites, any structural materials for Disney Springs (to include locations for Adventurers Club and Soundstage) can be brought thru the current construction areas. It's a matter of timing and location.
