Photo update as of Saturday, June 20.

Reported earlier in a series of West Side photos, The Untied World Soccer (currently in a trailer near Cirque du Soleil) will be located in a store front next to Sosa Family Cigars. See announcement signs in windows.

A construction fence is now in front of the boardwalk entrance to the temporary ferry boat landing near Paradiso 37. This construction fence circles around the side of the Characters in Flight building on the right and connects to the old Pleasure Island bridge. Additionally, the construction fence is now located on the "water side" of the closed temporary boardwalk, allowing construction crews to use the boardwalk for storage and passage without being seen by guests. Finally, the old BET building is gone. Demolition has started on this side of The Adventurer's Club. In the distance, the green tile roof is now gone from the Adventurer's Club octagon-shaped roof.

The building at the corner of The Landing, across from The Boathouse and next door to the newly-opened gelato store, now has construction walls and plate glass windows replacing the boarded openings.

An update to the third ferry landing at The Landing, between Paradiso 37 and The Hangar. Note the blue painted railings. A shingle roof is being installed on the lower roof.

Architectural details beginning to take shape on new construction for Disney Springs. This photo was taken between Morimoto's Asia and Raglan Road, looking across the "springs."

Finally, the water play area between Once Upon A Toy and Earl of Sandwich is enclosed by a construction wall. This area will be the entrance point for the new overhead crosswalk (in the background), so perhaps it is being removed in favor of a more pedestrian friendly courtyard, as seen at the West Side garage pedestrian entrance.

Still waiting to see what they are going to do with the side of T-Rex.
I'm almost certain they are just going to plant it with trees, shrubs and bamboo. The side that was formerly pointed towards the parking lot is going to be fenced off and considered back stage. There's already evidence of this with the peach colored brick structure that's an area for a dumpster. additionally the asian inspired concrete structure next to it has no windows on the side pointing to T rex.

Yes, the area in the top middle will be a service yard. I am wondering about the area at the top left. Not sure if trees will be enough to hide that side of the building.

Was Landry Restaurants upset that they spent the money on the exterior facade of T-Rex only to have Disney mess with it during this construction?
