Does anyone know what they will be starting on first and what they plan on having done by the end of the year?
The first step will be clearing parts of Pleasure Island. Heavy work should be underway by summer.

I haven't been able to comment much lately on anything (busy and a teenager in sports), but regardless of how some may come down on the overall "plan", I'm glad something is going on. The place needs work, has for a while, so it should be an interesting build. Looking forward to the end product and (if it hasn't been mentioned yet) the list of new merchants.

Agreed. The sting of losing the entire area would have been lessened at least slightly if they had immediately moved into building something new.

Picked up a sandwich from the Earl today and there were construction workers on the roof of the big building that has PLEASURE ISLAND on top of it.
Things are certainly starting to pick up pace!
