No, it won't be called Mos Riskey but it's the same idea. But it wasn't the Mos Eisley cantina was it? I thought the whole thing was suppose to be a new planet.

My iPhone hates Star Wars in the morning. You spelled it wrong.

It's weird that it would go with "Riskey" instead of "Risky". I thought you were making a bad joke that a Cantina would somehow be a risky venture when really it's a no-brainer.
We have a county nearby named "Henrico," which goes back centuries and of course is not a well-known word; and a few years back Microsoft Word would constantly "correct" me when I meant "Henrico" and change it to "hernia." It was hilarious, except that I usually was writing a business letter.
(Yes, I know I could add it to the dictionary, which later I did; but, hey, I was usually in a hurry... but didn't need to give myself a hernia.)
Even though it would make no sense, unless they made the "gateway planet located in the Outer Rim" Takodana (even though it's considered a mid rim planet, and wouldn't make any sense with the planets current description), Maz's Castle would be a cool "cantina" of sorts, and would easily fit in with The Force Awakens part of the LandNo, it won't be called Mos Riskey but it's the same idea.
I love this idea! Disney has been producing some great shows, and I'd love to catch a show while at WDW.Make the building into a theater that can show Broadway shows and bring Disney Broadway to the West Side. I would love to take an evening and see one of the great production that Disney now has in New York and traveling the county.

I think it makes a lot of sense. Vegas has made some great money with residencies, and even justified the building of new theatres for it. Shows like Lion King and Aladdin are doing well on broadway. And touring shows like Newsies are doing great as well.I agree, you would think this was a no-brainer. I wonder if they are concerned their touring revenues would take a hit? Or if touring casts make significantly above what the entertainment contractors/CMs make that it would cause them overall entertainment issues?
There has to be a financial reason why they haven't done this yet. I'm sure they could fill a house large enough to make it profitable.
Remember when you could get a slice from The Cheesecake Factory? Here's an idea. Clean up disneyquest. Put new games and fix the old ones. Put a great food area that is not the same burgers and fries (years ago we would get the spaghetti and meatballs from there that was really good)
Include this on the annual passes at all levels. People will go there and also spend money other places
Now, let the negative start

If this is true it's good news as I have no idea how they could maintain interest in a single sport that's not really a big deal outside of the USA. Now I could see a an ESPN sports bar with immersive themed levels and weekly events (autograph signings and the like) fitting in well in that building but realistically I don't know how that would hold up long term either.
Add old ride vehicles and interactive exhibits. Like D23 events. If the NBA situation fell through (hopefully this is true; it doesn't belong at Disney Springs) and if "One Man's Dream" is removed from Hollywood Studios, then change Disney Quest to "One Man's Dream". Make it a free attraction. Put the attraction on the upper floors.
Put merch on the first floor (to generate some $$$). Update the movie and expand the number of exhibits.
The Globetrotters are owned by Herschend Family Entertainment. Now, if this were being sponsored by the Harlem Globetrotters, I'd be all over this like white on rice.

They own their own theme parks.Okay? Did you have a point, or did you just want to show off some trivia?
