Disney Quest is going to be closing its doors forever soon!
I've been trying to track down the soundtracks (in particular, the 2 loops from the upper floors) of Disney Quest since about 2004. And I'm not the only one. Every forum like this appears to have a request for this music. Well, time is almost up people. It's going to be a pile of rubble in less than a year, just like Horizons, Mr. Toad's Wild Ride, Alien Encounter, and the other extinct attractions.
If not for the fans and nostalgic historians who captured those past experiences to photos, audio and video, they'd be lost to time forever.
PLEASE, SOMEBODY GET THAT MUSIC BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!
I've done camp-and-record sessions before myself to preserve audio from attractions, and if I wasn't hundreds of miles away, I'd do it again for this.
This is a plea for help. Anyone who has access to Disney Quest and the resolve to help, please, find time to camp a secluded speaker with a recorder, phone, or device that can capture those audio tracks. The loops are probably less than an hour each, and there are places in the restaurant areas that are secluded from the crowds and games that would be perfect to just set a device up and wait for the loop to play through.
Please, this is our last chance. Don't let the hard work of composers and imagineers be lost forever.
