What has been refuted? There is no new ride based on marvel characters at universal nor is one being built now. That is a fact.Hey, he brings up a lot of points that are easily refuted.
The problem with your theory is that if Disney denies UO approval to build an attraction without a just cause, UNI can and most likely will take it into binding arbitration and if Disney didn't have a damn good reason for the denial they will most likely lose and that would be HIGHLY embarrassing for them. What has been refuted? Any new ride would have to be approved. No one has ever proven anything I said was wrong. Disney has the right and obligation to protect the characters and make sure they are treated the same around the world. Therefore since the entire world with the lone exception of the eastern United States will be under complete Disney control they can make sure Universal does nothing that harm that.
I still say and have said from the start that the 2 companies will work something out and it will involve a new contract. Only the uni fans here think uni can do whatever they want and any and all contract disputes or questions will be resolved unis way. Must be nice to always be right and get everything you want. I know I don't get everything I want and I don't think I would enjoy life if I did.

That is only your opinion. It is not a fact. I post my opinions and know I will either be proven right to wrong. I can accept that. The problem here is that the uni fans can't accept that. They have to claim they are right and anyone who questions them is wrong. As I said it must be great to always be right and never be wrong. I guess uni is building the ride now since you have to be right. The problem with your theory is that if Disney denies UO approval to build an attraction without a just cause, UNI can and most likely will take it into binding arbitration and if Disney didn't have a damn good reason for the denial they will most likely lose and that would be HIGHLY embarrassing for them.

Prove it.They have to claim they are right and anyone who questions them is wrong..
No, Pete, it is fact that Disney and Universal agreed to take any disputes to arbitration....That is only your opinion. It is not a fact. It's obvious that most of us here at WDWMAGIC are a bunch of Disney hating Unitards and only he and 2 others, who are no longer allowed to post here, "get" it.I'm curious, have you ever stopped and wondered why 99% of the time, regardless of the thread, it is you against everyone else?

I mean we have quite a few pixie dusters and wand wavers on here. But most of us have the ability to be open-minded. Most of us can step back and try to see things from the view of others. When you have an "I'm always right" mindset, then you are severely limiting yourself. It's obvious that most of us here at WDWMAGIC are a bunch of Disney hating Unitards and only he and 2 others, who are no longer allowed to post here, "get" it.

Ive said this before. What urks me is when someone simply pats Uni on the back for a job well done or comments how nice the new attractions are it is taken as an instant jab at Disney. I dont get it. Or the only thing that make sense is that the "Disney defenders" truly know how lame FLE is (compared to DA) so they lash out in desperation and start spewing attendance figures and profits. I will always be loyal to Disney but that does not mean I must accept every turd/cash grab they offer up as "new and exciting enhancements".I mean we have quite a few pixie dusters and wand wavers on here. I really can't with you. They need MARVEL's approval in the same way that they need JKR/WB's approval for Potter additions or Mrs. Geissel's approval for Seuss additions. There's very little difference. It's all very plainly written into the contract - Marvel is pretty much obligated to approve things as long as Universal fairly represents its characters (more specific language on the previous page). No contract would have to be rewritten. Universal will request Marvel's approval, they will give it (or require a few tweaks), and then it will be built.
Then maybe everyone will shut up about whether or not Universal is serious about keeping Marvel.
EDIT: I think everyone forgets about Storm Force. That ride didn't open with the park - it arrived a couple years later, with Marvel's approval.
