So does this mean that the only thing changing is MS USA projections? No other changes?
I believe that it'll more than the implementation of MSUSA projections. I assume that the updated HEA will feature the utilization of (soon-to be-former) Enchantment pyro equipment, not just single pyro launch, but three. I also suspect that they'll feature new IP too, as well as the older Disney IP that not appeared in the original HEA. However, the soundtrack must be unchanged regardless of additional IP included in the show.

Be patient about the newest development of the updated HEA, as things regarding the IP's content will change ahead of show's return on April 3.

Enchantment finale has changed. It had long tail shells finale that similar to HEA between late 2018 until 2021.

Perhaps they switched their orders over to product they’ll need for HEA, anyway.
This seems more likely, so hopefully Enchantment won’t suck as much, at least, in terms of Pyro
The colors of the shells match exactly that of HEA's finale – red, orange, green, red, orange. Seems only colors missing are blue/purple.

Also the style of the finale, where it rotates through each color is very reminiscent of the original HEA finale that premiered on May 2017 and lasted through September 2017. Ever since then, the finale would be a combination of colors rather then a sequential order.

I also scrubbed through MWCTF and the NYE shows to see if it was leftovers from those and nothing really matched. MWCTF did have a lot of green and red shells that looked similar, but did not have long tails.

Still has the HEA like Pyro at the end! Plus the Lasers were really on Point!

Why would MK start HEA's Pyro in DE now?? Shouldn't they be saving it for April 3rd on??

Wondrous Journeys at Disneyland debuted tonight, and look what a good proper fireworks show for a celebration looks like. Makes the show that is Disney Enchantment a harder head scratcher and makes you think what could've been if they properly celebrated the 50th.

The projections look good, the music is good, and the pyro doesn't disappoint.

Honestly, for me, this feels a lot like Harmonious and DE. Doesn’t necessarily convince me that they can make a good Epcot show. A Castle show with modern re-recordings (with weaker voices) of Disney songs is what we got and hated on 10/1/21…

The crappy rock version of “Immortals” they made offends me as much as the crappy rock version of “Into the Unknown” we have. You already paid a band to do this, Disney! And how dare you re-record “Dos Oruguitas”?! The original is perfection!

Projections are strong, though. Makes me optimistic for HEA.

Really?

This flows a lot better than Harmonious and DE, IMO. I don't love the main theme, but at least it's not as obnoxious as "you are the magic" and it is used pretty sparingly. The combined "I want" songs are also far more stirring than the Go the Distance/How Far I'll Go mash-up at the beginning of Harmonious or anything in Enchantment. There is a very loose but somewhat comprehensible narrative thread to the music and film selections that Harmonious doesn't quite manage. It's also kind of charming, particularly the ending! They don't often have much humour in these shows.

The selection of IP is good, too!

To me, this seems kind of like Disneyland's Happily Ever After.

I think both DE and this are derivative of HEA but obviously where each is viewed is subjective to the person. I think HEA did it best. I do hope our MSUSA projections are up to this level.

I dislike when they re-record songs. If I'm going to hear a Disney song, I want to hear the one from the movie -- not someone else's interpretation.
I don't really mind if they're trying to do something interesting with them such as the medley of the "I want" songs here. In cases like Immortals and Dos Oruguitas where the original versions involved successful recording artists, it's also hard to know exactly what the licensing agreement would entail regarding how Disney can use the original vocals. I kind of don't blame Disney if they don't want to blow a heap of money paying Fall Out Boy and Sebastián Yatra to use their recordings in their fireworks shows.

Great show.

As @ToTBellHop said, it is yet another child of Happily Ever After's storyboard. But I don't think there's anything inherently wrong with it if they do it well (which I think they did here). I don't think any show builds anticipation and emotion and then subsequently carries it through each theme to the finale as well as Happily Ever After (or even Wishes); but this is still an enormous step ahead of Disney Enchantment. It also seems as though Disney outsourced these projections to MouseTrappe. Either way; they look amazing.

I think if Walt Disney World got this show instead of Disney Enchantment, Happily Ever After would probably not be returning this year.

That Disney song mashup is amazing!
