Forgive me if this needs its own Thread but saw on Twitter that Enchantment is not scheduled for July 3rd-4th. Is a Celebrate America Confirmation coming???

Anyone know what’s happening at Epcot???
Very good chance 4th fireworks happen this year. Surprised they didn't happen last year cause it happened at Disneyland. 4th of July for Epcot is up in the air but I think there's a decent chance. The New Years fireworks happened and Disney had a much shorter time to prepare for that than they did for 4th of July.

I'm at the point where I would actually be shocked if Happily Ever After never returned. This is one of the rare occasions where something is almost universally and enthusiastically agreed upon by their customer base that will cost them only minor operational expenses to make happen.

Also I am sure there are plenty of people that would make trips just to see HEA if it were to return. I LOVE HEA and changed my trio dates just to see the last performance, I met several other people who stayed late/came early just to see it one last time. This show is universally loved, and bringing it back (maybe even with a 50th tag, if it came back soon) would bring in droves of people. IMO obviously

It may sound silly but I'd book an extra trip if it returned.

Disneyland Forever is back. I think that says a lot
Well, compared to Mix Magic.............

Fortunately, we don't have that contrast at MK, IMO! I do love Enchantment! Wish other people would catch on.........Don't get me wrong, I welcome an upgraded HEA! Wonder if HEA could Pass for an OUAT type show....MK could put that in right away. If people just love the Pyro from HEA, I don't know what to say.....

Too Bad MK can't throw in HEA like at Midnight, that would make us all happy! LOL!!!!

And I think DE needs to be thrown in a dumpster and burnt next Spring. That’s the only way I can be certain it’s fully dead. Burial at swamp isn’t enough.

Instead of spending money on a nighttime parade, they'll spend the money switching MK firework shows

That’s my concern. HEA is great and very popular, but that popularity was also enough to satisfy MK nights… in managements mind. Then again they now have a less popular show and still do not feel the need for a parade.

I watched this again on my spring break trip and it's really not bad IMO. The meat of the show has good projections and good songs, even if the transitions are a bit short. The problem is that it the whole setup is that it's as if they wanted to copy the formula for HEA and just didn't execute that well. It's a much better show from a distance with all that pyro and other than the clunky narrative it's pretty good. You just can't sell a special 50th anniversary show that's not as well written as the regular show before it.

My son couldn't care less about the different transitions and whether he is the magic or not though. He was quite pleased with the shells and had no complaints. I even liked it better this time that when I watched in Jan. Was a bit of a shock that first time.

“If you want to enjoy the Magic Kingdom fireworks show, all you need to do is leave the Magic Kingdom.”

And this is why it won‘t stay the Magic Kingdom fireworks show.

it is a good show from a distance. It's pretty shell heavy. It has more shells than post-pandemic HEA but less than pre-pandemic HEA. So it's on the middle road
