And that is one of many reasons Tiana turned out as bad as it did. It wasn't enough to get rid of Splash for the reasons expressed ad nauseum. They couldn't even do a classic retelling of PATF with Facililer. It's dark magic because it's "bad". That's what makes him a good villain.

Interesting now that the Christening did have him mentions his friends on the other side and explicitly showed them on the show.

It's funny, I actually thought the opposite re:theming. Feels more like the older Disney ships where it's more elaborate and over the top and less stylish to me.
The continuing use of Facilier all over the place belies that baseless rumor that Facilier was left out of TBA for woke reasons.
It was a good show but Drones will never match fireworks for me, they lack excitement and spectacle. I kept waiting for the finale expecting something big, nope, just more drones, was a bit disappointed.
What you need is to combine drones + fireworks!
