According to @brideck, the spelling popularised by Tolkien is standard in the fantasy genre. I believe the F plural has been used of the mythical beings too, and some (including here) view the Seven Dwarfs in this way, but to me, it’s clear they’re being portrayed as human little men.
Weird I have never viewed the dwarves in Snow White as mythical. The thought never entered my mind. I feel your interpretation is correct as I have just viewed the as little men.

If I wish harm on half the country I don’t expect anyone to forgive me. Especially when I’m being forced to apologize.
Shall we dredge up all the times people you support viciously attacked weaker targets?

If you celebrate or even accept cruelty and a coarsening of rhetoric, you don’t get to cry foul when others respond with indelicate or poorly chosen language.

Sure I would love to see it.

If it exists it would be equally disgusting.

And if @Casper Gutman is to be believed, "the most powerful people in the nation" are the people commenting on celebrities. Or something. I can't quite follow that train of thought he has on that. I assume he's talking about YouTubers. 🤔

Just me and the four other guys…

We not only have the power to take down anything we target…we can make forgettable movies stay utterly forgettable despite the fact the cake was always baked without anyone noticing…

…it’s an old sith trick

She didn’t evolve a single thing. She was forced to issue an apology and did.
That’s my take also, I think her emotional rant was how she truly felt and her apology was a business decision.

I often question the intelligence of people who repeatedly vote for people who are hurting their states but you better believe if those mutters went viral and threatened my livelihood I’d be apologizing too, wouldn’t mean I no longer question their intelligence though.

The post that I quoted and commented on was doing just that. You don’t agree, and that’s fine. Others can decide for themselves.
You're right, I don't. I expect that people can follow a thread string. I know you and a few others here are big on yelling at people who don't read an entire article or comment on a show or movie without seeing it... So what's different? because you support Zegler? This is a forum, you are accusing me of "fudging" as if I'm trying to paint some narrative. Give me a break. You took one snip of a conversation and said, see look at all unfair treatment of Zegler.

How did you figure this out so quickly?
Odd thing isn’t it. Businesses would be far better off going back to being apolitical. Far better to say nothing and let people make up their own minds as opposed to endorsing something and having half the country disliking you.

For my own part? I’d sell something to anyone being the filthy capitalist that I am. ;)

Going out on a limb? Not said it in the first place.
You’re making a rhetorical point rather than offering an actual answer to my post. What should she have done to make amends after having said what she did? Or do you believe, as others here seem to, that her words rose to the level of being absolutely unforgivable?

I would hope we can all be forgiven for our misdeeds if we apologise for them. It would be a miserable world indeed that denied us the opportunity to make amends for our mistakes.
I think redemption is earned over time, eventually people will forgive and forget, as long as someone’s actions mirror their words, but simply saying oops, my bad, is meaningless without follow through.

I commented on a specific post—the post I quoted. I stand by my characterisation.

I do not “support Zegler”. I am totally indifferent to her as a person. If anything, her conduct in relation to Gadot has left a bad taste in my mouth. Not joining the bizarre Anti-Zegler Club that has formed here does not make me a fan of hers. It just means I’m keeping things in proportion.

See above.

I don’t personally care what she said, it doesn’t impact me. Seems it sure has or might her employer.
