How do you know they’ve been happy with everything every single day?

You say the strangest things.
They said if your unhappy in a relationship you should leave. I always thought you should work on things to make them better.

What do I know though, I’ve only been married 19 years not 20.

I’ve been married much longer than that. The common sense interpretation of what they said is if you are permanently or irreparably unhappy in a relationship you should leave. Not if one thing goes wrong one day. That would be silly.

People generally interpret comments using their common sense and life experience.

Only if it’s a comment that should be taken seriously.

Their comment was I should relinquish my Disney fandom because I am currently unhappy.

How is that permanent or irreparable?

It’s just a matter of time until the current clown show is removed.

That’s true, but who knows what will happen then. It could get better but it could get worse.

The one thing I would bet will never happen is that it goes back to the way it was before. In my experience that doesn’t happen or if it does it’s rare.

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with hoping a change in management will make things better for those who are terribly disappointed with Disney’s current product.

But there are a lot of people in the world who visit Disney and many of them enjoy the product as it is now (although the increasing prices are likely a concern to almost everyone).

I like this. We have had an actual conversation for once. I think you see the things I see. You just think we cant go back to the way things were. What if we don’t have to? Isn’t there some way to innovate and create new ways for larger numbers of visitors to have a World Class experience ?

Isn’t that what Disney is suppose to be the leader in?

I refuse to give up hope.

Otherwise over a long time frame Disney will just become a more expensive and slightly better themed six flags.

OK, I’m obsessed and it’s all your fault. 😆😉

Mufasa did better than last week every day from Monday through Thursday.

Is that unusual? Shouldn’t it be dropping?

Not huge gains, but still.

I wonder if people are taking what they believe to be their last opportunity to see it in the theater, since they know it’s coming to Disney+ soon. Anecdotal side note: it’s hard to find many showings in my county.

So I will say one positive thing about the upcoming ‘Snow White’ live action film….well, maybe two positive things -

The CGI animated animals are cuties and look nice on the big screen.

Visuals and sets ( wether they were real or digital ) also look pretty nice.

Ok, then we've lost the point. As your point was that Disney is killing careers. And after that was proven false, it was changed to well actors are looking to be famous and they don't do that by doing "arthouse" films they do that by booking large franchises. And when that was proven false, well now I don't know what is the point.

So what is the current point there chief?
Adrien Brody?

He’s like Hannah Montana or the Mickey Mouse club now?

Or did he tank a Lucas or Marvel movie?

…I think we’ve gone to plaid

“When a pic is hot, tickets go on sale well over a month in advance. Juxtapose this to Disney putting Snow White tickets on sale March 10, less than two weeks before its opening. Whenever a studio pulls an advance-ticket stunt like that, it means there’s no anticipation for the film. Still, Snow White at this point is expected to do around a $60M opening.”

It will be nice to get passed the Snow White train wreck and move on to :
• May 2, 2025: Thunderbolts
• May 23, 2025: Lilo & Stitch
• June 20, 2025: Elio
• July 25, 2025: The Fantastic Four: First Steps
• October 10, 2025: Tron: Ares
• November 7, 2025: Predator: Badlands
• November 26, 2025: Zootopia 2

If it's not about Disney killing careers, why are we talking about it?
Disney hasn’t torpedoed anyone’s career with Snow White, but scroll through social media and it’s clear many fans think Rachel Zegler has sunk hers, or at the very least dragged the flick down with her. The backlash paints her as the villain…

Be interesting what she says at the premiere.

Oh it’s bad alright. I was watching a YouTube video about the movie and In the comments section someone complained about her skin being mud brown. Yes I’m telling the truth. A real person actually said that.
Yep… it’s everywhere. Be interesting how Disney handles the premiere when she takes questions about the film.
