Outside of select nights, sure. I would expect opening night, Halloween, and the first party in October to sell out first, followed by the closest party to those dates. Random September date may never sell out.

Any idea if tickets will be purchasable online tomorrow morning or will they be over the phone only? Also is there any precedent as to whether a Disney gift card can be used?

I read on another forum that you'd have to call for tickets during the pre-sale period. When they become available for the general public, then they'll be available online. Can't confirm though.
