Disney After Hours BOO BASH

The Christmas overlay is the best! I hope we get that back this year :).
I've been wanting to go on that so bad! When we were there 2 years ago, Space broke down while we were in line so we couldn't go; last year obviously no parties; this year I'll have to see what dates are since we're going over Thanksgiving.

We're going in August 2022, so if this party is still happening next year I'd actually be really interested in going (for the cheaper price) if my husband would agree to watch the kids in the hotel so I could go by myself. I'm a night owl and would be thrilled to have short lines to ride everything. My husband and kids go to bed early, so it would be wasted on them.

Thankfully, we picked Epcot the next day and are staying at Bay Lake, so no bus ride at midnight.

Here's a question.

What IS a good park to pick for an easy next day option after a DAH event? AK? There are only a handful of attractions we would bother with, so could arrive at the park around 12? And that park closes earlier than the others?

Epcot for the sole reason that it opens latest (at least now). AK is the earliest open, so if you wanna be there even remotely close to rope drop it’s likely a no go.

However if there’s only a few things you’re looking to do, AK would be fine.

Hmm, good points.

Another question. I have 5-day tickets. Planning on one day for AK, EP, MK and 2 for HS (for RotR & MMRR). Would you scrap the MK day if doing the DAH event and add a second EP day?

Agreed. Definitely not DHS.

We’re doing Epcot the day after. It opens later than the rest and we can walk there from the Dolphin where we’re staying.

Nah, I’d personally keep what you have. A full day at MK is still needed to do it correctly.

Even if you show up to Epcot at noon, you’ll have a full 10 hours or so, and lots of construction walls.

Looks like I will switch my park days to:

Sun - MK
Mon - HS
Tues - DAH
Wed - EP
Thurs - HS
Fri - AK

?
You definitely want a full mk day. Hopefully you can get rise on the first day and then change the second dhs day to something else. One is enough if you get rise - unless shows come back. That wouldn’t change my calculus

Yes, that is only reason I am giving HS two days. I haven't been to WDW since Feb 2018 so there are a few rides at HS that I haven't seen / done yet. If Cirque is back that could screw the whole thing up again LOL
