Diagon full opening day

That is whack! What are they gonna do with all their beach chairs and sleeping bags and crap when they get in? Seriously. I have no idea.

Hate to call out the obvious, but the cold weather style clothes (It's july in Florida, and it gets into the mid 70s at night, hardly hoodie weather), and a location I don't recognize at the studios makes me think this photo isn't from here.

Its not. There would be no need for a jacket. Morning or evening here in Orlando in July. The Pine Tree is also out of place.

Couldn't that be the Hard Rock concert venue behind them? I agree that I don't know why they are wearing long sleeve hoodies and stuff.
Actually, now I am convinced this is fake too. Looking this over like it is a "Where's Waldo?" you will notice that several people have San Diego State shirts on. And as already noted, the pine tree in the background.
Grrrrr. I've been punked. Why do people do this?

Cast a magical spell on the items to shrink them down so that they fit into the Free While You Ride lockers. (Wand sold separately.)

...and you'd be correct.

I'm sorry that I didn't have time to Photoshop the pine tree.

I intentionally found a random image that, at first glance, looks like it could have been taken at Universal.

San Diego natives love Universal too! Wasn't there a rumor floating around that the new HP land was possibly going to be called "Diego Alley"...?

Okay, our friends here are apparently only reading the last page of a discussion thread. That's fine, but on Page 10 of this thread (one page back), I posted:

Sorry folks, that photo was just a humorous metaphor and not actually at Universal ...although I did intentionally pick a photo of people camping out in a queue that looks like it could have been taken at Universal. :angelic:

Timekeeper already admitted he posted it as a joke it's not from UO

Thank you :)

Finally as for the attendance so far and especially opening day, you'd be shocked to know just how successful thus has been so far. 2014>>>>>>>>2010.
Without changing the subject, @SJN1279, can you accept you were wrong on that one thing? Admit it, and restore a shred of your credibility.
gringotts currency exchange is a fun diversion,, you can ask the grouchy animatronic goblin bank clerk questions while you exchange your dollars for gringotts cash..
When I was in there, his responses were very delayed. It seems that not even Universal can circumvent Talking Mickey Syndrome. At least not yet, anyways. Maybe someday he'll work more like Donkey and Dred Head.

Speaking of which, some of the performers who perform Donkey also perform Head.

Yup. Donkey is a coveted role, but the mechanics involved in animating the puppet (the performer sits directly behind the scrim and gestures with levers) causes carpal tunnel issues for the actors.
Despite the "new toy" factor, I have to imagine Donkey would be a lot more fun than Dred Head. I've heard Donkey get away with saying things that NO Rowling character would be able to keep their job saying.

Anyone notice that only 5 minutes or so after this was posted. He never came back on the site?:cautious:
Now here's something curious: when I posted, that poll was 18 to 4 against him. Now it's 18 to 14 against... but there have still been no new posts since 2011...
Just an observation...
