The current thought on this board is that the LMA area will be used for construction storage and laydown areas for construction of SWL and TSL. Once those two lands are completed, then Phase 3 would go there. Of course those are all rumors, thoughts, ideas, etc...
If LMA is what we all believe to be a staging/construction area for SWL/TSL will they completely demolish LMA or will it remain up? If they demolish it, how long do you think it would take for that area to cleared and ready to use as a staging area?

I am not being rude. If I posted that Walt Disney was closing down on of its four parks tomorrow would you not want to know the facts that I am using to make that claim.
There are people on this forum that have outstanding track records of providing accurate information that is not always "public knowledge". @marni1971 is certainly near the top of that list. Those of us who have been reading this forum for years appreciate what he IS able to share with us, and accept that he sometimes cannot provide details and "proof" because of confidentiality concerns. You should be thanking him for what he brings to this forum, not calling him out and implying that he is just making things up.

And that is not his style to do big reveal of specifics...that belongs to our local Spirit!

I don't think I have worked on a project save for maybe a tract house that has not had a bit of both.

Client has a million dollar budget.

They tell the architect want they want and he designs a house.

The house goes out for pricing and comes in at 1.2 million.

They start tweaking the plans to get the price down.

One of the clients must have the hand crafted mahogany cabinet handles so the budget goes up.

One of the clients really wants a new Ferrari and the budget goes down.

Lather, rinse, repeat.

i really want a new Ferrari....or an F40...yeah a used Ferrari F40 would work...because....life insurance...ok back on track.

Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey was absolutely ground breaking and if I remember correctly it didn't even break $100 million by itself.

Something is seriously wrong with Disney's ability to spend efficiently.

this is something that has been pointed out over and over again...Comcast can spend 1 dollar for every three Disney spends and get a better attraction ect. and after the botched take over....Comcast is out for blood.
