Just to comment on the suggestion that Disney is focusing on immersive lands because they are "in" right now. I see this as the evolution of theme parks, not merely a fad.

I'm not much of a west coast guy, but wasn't there talk of Disneyland's Toontown going away (for SW) because it's outdated?

Plans changed and now they have something else in mind for the Toontown/Fantasyland Theatre plots.

There's been longstanding rumors of a Fantasyland expansion for DL, so I would think it would be in that vein. My guess for what could take over Toontown would be Frozen or BatB (replicating the success of BoG from MK) or perhaps most likely a combination of various IPs like the aforementioned two and maybe Tangled and Cinderella.

I'd love to see a Tangled attraction. The lantern scene is one of the most beautiful in all of Disney animation- and it's a danged good film!

The reason tommorow land and epcot for that matter are where they are is because it is IMPOSSIBLE to create tommorow for any relative period of time. You need to update and refresh continously.
