Dead Monsters?

It's floating around the rest of the Interwebz, too. Don't know if they got it from here, but it's there.

Are you confirming 74's source is "Interwebz"

Everything. He's been banned.

I think "Insider" and "ReDis" are the same person. Funny thing is all the stuff redis got flammed for concerning the HM turned out to be mostly true.

That said, and at the risk of not being believed, he lost me when he started talking about how the FL expansion would happen. It was too obvious and I think ultimately will not be the way it happens.

Now my theory. I think it is possible redis/insider really does have a connection at a high level. It is possible his source does not even know he posts here. I know Disney floats false rumors within the company to try to find leaks. I'll let the reader figure out the rest.

See ya "Insider/ReDis"

It was fun while it lasted.

This thread (like most end up being under the "News & Rumors section") is a disaster full of arguing, blame-games, and off-topic nonsense. If anyone is so distraught about who really knows the scoop and who doesn't, they need to chill out. I rarely want to participate in topics that get this long and drawn out that stray from the initial topic. *steps off soapbox*

Back on topic, I can believe that Monster's Inc could be canceled or postponed. If Star Tours 2.0 is 100% true, it would be enough with other new park offerings to keep attendance up in my opinion. Guests will flock to almost anything that says "New" next to it on their maps.

DHS could still use more work though. Fantasmic is currently only offered 3 nights a week and even in the summer can close at 7pm on non-Fantasmic nights. While DHS has a great variety of things to do, it doesn't have much to do after 7pm.

When you visit DHS next time on a Fantasmic night, go visit the area near Lights, Motors, Action after 7pm. The area is completely dead. LMA has its last show at 4:30, Power Rangers and Mike & Sully are gone by 6, Studio Catering Co closes by 6, and HISTK & the Backlot Tour close at 7. The 7pm close continues to make sense when shows like American Idol, Indiana Jones, and Beauty & Beast also end by 7pm. DHS has a great variety of things to do, but not much after 7pm. It could use more rides.

Also, Luxo hasn't been out much at all since his debut. Between technical issues and weather, I don't think he has been out for a few weeks now if not longer.

You complain about going off topic and then proceed to go off topic.

It's why this is News & Rumors. Just a balance between the two.

Moral: Take everything with a grain of salt.

You have a source?

I have to admit jt, that's a good attempt at a spin! Ever work in the media?

I actually believe WDW74's source(s) are fan forums and the person at that other place they always reference and who was quoted as saying nothing new was coming to the MK of consequence in the next 5 years. No spin.

I still believe MI was "plan b" in case ST2 fell through. And it will happen someday. Remember the arch.

I wasn't referring to that. I was referring to the way you changed what Evan said. I was simply joking with ya. I meant no harm.

Steve himself confirmed that prep work was going on inside the soundstage, as did Martin and Lee. You really think they were doing site work on plan b?

Jt, c'mon, with you it's "all spin all the time." But you are actually quite good at it, so take it as a compliment.

It really shocks me how much money Disney wastes developing projects, doing the early site prep work, only to pull the project at the last minute.
