I didn't bring it up! From my understanding the rumor is the Motorboat Cruise area, but I haven't been paying much attention.

Hmmm what else could possibly be overlayed? Monsters maybe becoming the Big Black Box. Wouldn’t make sense unless their isn’t enough room in the adjacent studios. Maybe Goofys Sky School?

I don’t want any more single IP Lands at DL but Id be good with a Frozen attraction. Frozen 2 is coming out in November too so if any new ride at DL is announced my money is on this.

Listening to "Let It Go" during Disneyland Forever reminded me that Frozen is a good movie and I'm excited for Frozen 2. I say bring it on and give the film the ride it deserves!

Now that we're past Endgame and Lion King, I expect the Frozen hype to be running full blast at D23 with presentations on both the sequel and what's happening for parks, consumer products etc.

Fresh Baked is predicting a TL redo announcement. Saying its a perfect time giving that GE hasn't given the knockout WOW punch to fans that Disney thought it would. So in order to get the fandom back excited about something that TL redo will be announced with the rumored Tron coaster anchoring the land (with I assume Space Mountain playing second anchor).
It kind of makes sense, especially if they've tacked down on a concept like rumors suggest. Plus we know its going to happen sooner rather than later anyways, so we'll see. I put this in the high maybe pile.

Well I hate to break it to you. But if you really are a Disneyland fan and want a TL redo in your "lifetime" you should be hoping for it to happen under Chapek, no matter how you feel about him. Because if it waits for someone else we could be looking at 10-20+ years as they'd have different ideas, and send WDI back to the drawing board. So we could be looking at 2030s-2040s before getting a TL redo with someone else. Or you could have a new person approve the same plan, again you don't know. So in my mind no matter if Chapek is second coming of Pressler I rather them at least attempt it, and fix it later if needed. TL is in bad shape.
I'm mean as it is if announce at D23 we're looking at probably 3-5 years before finished (if not more).

No but seriously I don’t see it this way. If we get a TL redo and it’s crap we re screwed for another 30 years. If we wait it out, we have a shot of getting a proper TL redo within 10 years.

Well first we have no choice in the matter, so its not a matter of us waiting it out or not. If its greenlit, its greenlit.
But really its been over 20 years and they've been trying to find a concept to replace TL all this time. They've had opportunity in the passed. So its not like waiting for another person to fill Chapek's position is going to change that and make it better. Might as well just greenlight it now and hope for the best.

If we do get a Tomorrowland announcement I think it’s gonna be like the Guardians ride level announcement. Not any real detail besides one piece of concept art.

As for IP, likely Tron. But no clue what else.

I'm probably in the minority but I really do not want TRON for Disneyland. It's just too big for Disneyland, there's no space for it without cramping up against guests and that canopy is gonna be seen from EVERYWHERE.

Yea as much as I like that ride and how it looks, after recently visiting disneyland, idk how tron would fit in with the park, that thing is freaking huge
