Is Hollywood Land not still slated to be overtaken by Marvel at some point?

Wasn't the scuttlebutt that Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railroad was intended for Hollywoodland until the Eastern Gateway deal fell apart? That doesn't say "planning to be overtaken by Marvel" to me. Of course, plans change.

They wouldn’t have announced M&MRR months ago if they didn’t have at least one other big announcement for DLR. So what is it? My money is on the Frozen ride/ Arendelle or the Avengers Coaster.

I think we're going to get a new ride overlay for summer 2020 announcement in DCA, probably a surprise announcement like Pixar Pier. Just a hunch considering Marvel land is rumored to open in December 2020.
