I dropped off my 3 prescriptions at 4pm...they said "come back at 6:30".....why does it take 2.5 hours to fill 3 small drug bottles?

I went back at 6:30.....it took them 10 minutes to "find it"...which meant they had not even filled it yet....but they managed to fill it in 10 minutes...which begs the question....WHY COULD IT NOT HAVE BEEN DONE IN 10 MINUTES AT 4:30??!!! :brick: :brick:
