Could it be? Are they finally legends of Imagineering

Has amazon finally posted a release date for Walt Disney's Legends of Imagineering and the Genesis of the Disney Theme Park book? It says Jan. 1, 2007. I wonder if this is to be true???? I've been waiting for almost 2 years now for this book to be released. Amazon has had it listed for quite some time. I think it was first posted summer of '05. Has anyone pre-ordered this? Does anyone know if this release date is correct?

I`ve seen a date of October 2007 on Amazon. It changes regularly. So sad.

Mines been on preorder a 12 month now.

Thanks for letting us know, I must have been in the dark as hadn't heard about this book, I now know what I am going to do the my B&N gift cards I got for Christmas.

Just got the "Disney A to Z" today for my Birthday.

I just went on line and Amazon is saying January 1 and B&N is saying the 27th.

You CAN buy Song of the South online. I bought it for my dad for Christmas. It arrived yesterday and only costed $19.99 USD.

It came from Disneyland Paris, but it's encoded to work in Canada/US regions (NTSC). I watched half of it and it works great.

I was going to buy from the website below, but they didn't ship to Canada, so I found one that did. Damndest thing is that I can't find the website I bought it from!

I recently asked author Jeff Kurtti about the status of the book. He said it's been pushed back to Fall 2007, due to some tweaking and re-designs.
