I agree. WDW would be letting everyone in, then allowing guests to voluntarily present their vaccination status if they wished to gain an exemption from the mask mandate. I don't see anything in the legislation that would prohibit this, but I don't think Disney will do it.The executive order only lasts until the state of emergency is dropped, and the law that replaced is says nothing about "classes" of citizens.
I was at Macy's today. The sign that used to say "Masks required to enter" now says "Masks recommended for the safety of our employees and guests." It says nothing about vaccinated/not vaccinated. It's starting to look like businesses are unwilling to accept any further responsibility for their customers' safety absent a specific law or executive order requiring them to do so. I'm not even sure about the status of those orders in this state right now.
