What did the balloons once do???

I have always wondered why they just hang there and don't go up and down or spin or something.

I believe that the went up and down. That, coupled with that heavenly smell that (to me) doesn't exist anymore, made the pavillion. What? Did nobody smell that smelly smell that smelled... smelly? I think it was, like, baking bread coupled with the fresh smell of dewdrops on a fresh head of lettuce. Or I could be hallucinating the whole thing.

P.S. Great idea! I was thinking of starting an organized debate thread.

I enjoyed FR, never got to see KC though. If FR were still there, I doubt Id make it a mission to see it every trip, but I still would stop by every now and then. Soarin is an amazing ride to most people; for the first 2 or 3 times you ride it. After that, its appeal is pretty much non existing. I enjoy Soarin, but I really dont enjoy it enought to stand in ANY kind of line for it. I honestly dont think I even like that ride that much anymore. But yea, for the first timer, it can be an amazing ride.

Same here. My favorite ride at Epcot, and my only must-do every time there.

Of course, I am the typical anti-educational Epcot person.

I totally forgot about Food Rocks!! Man, that was a great show!! Loved the music...used to be very funny and catchy.

Soarin...love that ride, though.

Why not have both!!:)

I know. I loved Food Rocks and all, but I got to KNOW it would be the last time I saw it when I saw it last, so I have no ill feelings. It was great, and it had it's time.

I say, limit it to one character meal per park.
That way we non-character folks could have our Cindy's Table, etc. back!

Stupid character meals.....:fork:

I get the feeling you don't like the character meals - am I way off here!?!:animwink: Instead of one character meal per park... how about one character meal per day at some of the restaurants? Leave one of the meals at Cindy's alone so that the folks who don't like characters can have a "normal" meal!

Character meals are great... Garden Grill is one of the only restaurants to have characters at meals in FW :(:shrug:

Hmmm.. Well for me it was after the 4th trip that I started to think this isnt as great as it once was. Its a great ride to do, me personally, like maybe 2 times every trip. Its def. not a ride I would want to do more than twice a day, its like watching the same 4 min. movie over and over again.

No, that's still too much.:rolleyes:
I propose character meals only at:
MK - Crystal Palace
Epcot - The Norway princess thing, or reopen Odyssey and do it there.
WDS - Hollywood and Vine
AK - Wherever it is now.

That is enough. Other restaurants, especially Cindy's which is supposed to be the flagship location of the park, should have normal meals with normal menus for folks who don't want an overpriced fixed menu and characters interrupting the atmosphere and the meal.
I'll hand it to Uni here....you never see any characters invading Mythos.

Well it would be enclose. Ummm.... I'm not really sure what you mean. Does anyone have an ariel view of the pavilion? And it could end just behind food rocks. Not neccesarily continue through where it is now.
