Not gonna misss it. They basically went to Walmart and bought the Christmas section. Luckily i bought my Jingle Cruise T shirt last year (#nowitsrare)!

Other than there being some sort of serious damage we're unaware of, I can't see it NOT returning. They just added the Skipper's Canteen to go with the theming. Unless they've had another idea kicking around but couldn't bring themselves to closing this classic, and THIS has provided them with an opportunity?

this would be really disappointing. We are heading to WDW 11/8 and Jingle Cruise is a lot of fun and a nice twist from the original. I hope this is incorrect.

They don't need to call it anything different, but I hope they can keep some of the script elements and/or props and use them seasonally. Even if it's just a few, not enough to warrant a name change. The attraction needs variety IMO, and cast members haven't had the liberty to go off-script in... as long as I can remember, at this point. I won't be crossing my fingers for this one.

You're ridiculous. In the literal sense, as in literally laughing at the nonsense you spout.

DL spent a huge amount to create a new Halloween experience in DCA, but you'll point out the cut in the Jingle Cruise as Disney just cutting everything.

Typical hater blindness where you become the living embodiment of confirmation bias.

The new holiday offerings at DHS wanted to also to say, "hello."

But why is Disney cutting back?

Because every OTHER Disney business is posting double digit declines in profit year over year and that money needs to come from the only healthy Disney business unit 'Parks and Resorts' because in the end all Wall St cares about is the consolidated EPS.

Nothing special about this just the normal quarter to quarter thinking rampant at American public companies.

I really hope both Bob's end up fired

Hello, I've never posted here before. But a WDW Jungle Cruise CM friend of mine says Jingle Cruise will return there, but Disney Land's will not. So take that however you may.
Probably a move toward inter-park parity, since WDW will never get the NBC Halloween/Christmas overlay at the HM, nor the overlay at SM.

Why is everyone being a Scrooge about Jingle Cruise :cautious:? It's cheesy and corny and charming just like the rest of the attraction.

But.. but... but it's not the "World Famous Jungle Cruise". Even though it's like 90% the same, it's not identical so my vacation is ruined. Ruined I say. On the last day of my bi-monthly trip I will march right down to Guest Services and insist they refund my entire vacation cost.

Haters gotta hate.

I know.

And we wonder why we don't get Haunted Mansion Holiday.
