Confess your Disney Sins!!!!

My BIG Disney sin is that my daughter had turned 3 two weeks before we went to Disney but still listed her as under 3. I was so nervous the entire trip that someone was going to ask her how old she was (especially since her answer usually was 4!!!!:jawdrop:) We celebrated her birthday the last day we were there.

I did the same thing with my son :cautious: I didn't want to pay for his flight! But, that ended up kicking me in the butt, because we ended up having to pay for all of his food when he could've been part of the dining plan! I'm not sure if we actually came out ahead in that deal or not??

I did this thread one time on another site and it was a big hit so figured I would try it here. For instance what ride/attraction do you not like that is beloved by others, do you think the dole whip is disgusting. Pretty much what would make another Disney person look at you funny if you made the statement you post....

Mine is I haven't rode Dumbo since I was child, however, will change soon as I have 18 month old (when we go) that I know will love it!
Also, not a huge Soarin fan. It's fine but I can justify a huge wait for it (maybe too tame for me LOL).

The two things you mentioned - I don't see what is so all fired great about Dole Whips - I would not say they are nasty, just nothing special.

I have NEVER ridden Dumbo. I think it is the only attraction - including some that no longer exist - that have not been on, ever.

Never had a Dole Whip. Don't care for pineapple (at all.)

My big confession is that I like almost all of it. If I never rode Buzz Lightyear again, I'd be okay with that, but when someone else wants to ride it, I like it!

Adore the Tiki Room, which has to be one of the least popular attractions.

I have more pins than anyone should...and I still buy one, on occasion. It's like a sickness. I need a 12-step program for the pins. I was just discussing with a friend what will happen to my pins when I die, lol. I don't know a soul who would actually enjoy having them.

My sister and best friend both said that they, of course, don't care about the pins, but they'd keep them because I like them so much - they couldn't just toss them. But I don't want anyone hanging on to crap for no reason and like the idea of them going to someone who likes pins. If anyone is a serious pin lover and would like to inherit my pins, please message me. In fact, if you hate the fact that you like them so much and think you need more pins about as much as you need a hole in the head, all the better. :D (I don't think I have any that would be worth anything, though. I just bought some here and there because I liked them and not as an investment or to trade.)

OK here goes:
1. I hated the Carousel of Progress.
2. I've never seen the Country Bears (country music blech)
3. I haven't taken a ride on Dumbo since childhood
4. I don't get the fuss over TSMM- never rode it, don't care to ride it, and I don't particularly care for Toy Story anyway
5. I thought Imagination was cute
6. I agree with whoever said Muppets was a waste. I don't think Muppets when I think of Disney, and I don't think it was very good anyway (although I do like the original Muppets)
I'm sure I could think of more but that's it for now.

Had a churro once, never saw any need again.
Never even touched a Trkey Leg.
Don't care for parades or Castle shows.
Don't pin trade, though I have pins that mean something to me I wouldn't consider myself a collector.
Vinylmations strike me as a total waste.
Never cared for M&Gs, never got a character signature.
No longer even consider the Dining Plan, "free" or not.
I go to WDW far more than I should! ;)
Is it too late to add some of these to my own post? No M&G or character sigs for me either, don't watch the parades.

I also used my year of a million dreams mugs about 5 trips after purchase and never felt bad about it and as a former wdw food court employee I encourage you all not to feel bad about it either. ..as we were never instructed to enforce any soda laws or ever even given clear direction on whether it was ok or not. ..our managers couldn't have cared less

My Disney sin: I think pin trading and Vinylmation are stupid.

(However, please do not flame me or throw me in that figurative briar patch -- I do not for a second judge anyone who does enjoy those things -- to each his own!)
THIS!

I think the Vinilmations are UGLY and I'd never spend money on those little aliens and I can't believe people actually collect them.

I have an unnatural love for the plastic cheese at Pecos Bill's, so much so, I would call my lunch there "Plastic cheese with a side of veggie burger."

I think I accidentally took a veggie burger from the grill at Pecos Bill's that was not intended for me.

I was secretly pleased when we were waiting at Oversized Luggage claim upon our return and my husband found out the shaft of his driver was broken. (I'm talking about golf clubs, people. o_O) I felt like the mom in A Christmas Story when the leg lamp is irreparably damaged. :hilarious:

I think Eeyore needs a serious update and I have not seen half the theater shows because I think they are a huge (gasp) time waster. I only really like the fast rides. Oh and I once stepped on Mickey's tail on purpose because I thought two hours was to long to stand in line to see a large mouse.

But Mickey doesn't have a tail as part of the costume
