Trip Report COMPLETED! The "Where's Mom?! I thought you had her!!" April/Disney Wedding

This is a bit overdue but I busted up my ankle and am stuck on the couch and this trip was too magical not to share with everyone, so here it goes....

The Party People:


My family of 5, I'm in the middle (Beth for those that don't have the pleasure yet), husband Lucas in red, kiddos Alexa 9, Liam 7 and Brielle 4. And the couple on the right is getting married on the Boardwalk 4-14-14!!! My sister, Allison and Jeremiah.


Lucas and I, bet you can all guess where we are in this pic from last August!


Another of the children, Brielle is 4 and has been to our 2nd home of WDW 5 times, 16 days until her 6th!!


Allison and I at another one of our happy places, DMB show last summer. She's my little sis and best friend in the world. I was so excited for her Disney wedding it was silly!!

There will be pics of the rest of the crew along the way; my mom and dad, brother and gf and her daughter (thank goodness he’s in the process of breaking up with this nut-job right now), as well as some of Jeremiah's family. Oh and "little Beth", my sister's bestie who surprised her and bought a ticket to join us the week before. Love that girl!

Our Crib:

Saratoga Springs Resort Treehouse; my mom travelled with us, her first Disney visit!!! Then Bride and Groom join us for a few nights before switching to Yacht Club. MOH, Mother of the Bride and bestie Beth get to stay with Bridezilla the night before the big day!



Posting this here now because I’m having trouble finding the rest of my resort pics anyway….this might be it!!!

Be prepared for a butt load of wedding pics and a bit lighter on everything else...go figure! There will also be quite a bit of foolish immature shenanigans.
I would have started with more of an intro but I'm a rookie and lost so much of this part way through and had to start over!!

Yeah man, I know. Of course I was kidding with you. Brie's cuteness is something special. She's got the nuttiest personality to go with it too. "First I'm going to swim at the pool when we get there, then I'll hit up some rides". She said this a little while ago to me. She also was yelling at all of us last night, "you all must adore me!"

You should make her wear a tuxedo the whole trip.

Thanks so much for sharing. Your sister was beautiful, you and your kids are awesome and it really made me think I should do a vow renewal in a few years for our 15th.

Our 12th is on Saturday and now you've got me thinking I need a plan for 3 years from now!!

I mentioned it to my husband and he laughed and said "My life doesn't revolve around Disney World like yours." Made me sad. Then he asked "is that what you are supposed to do for that anniversary?" HA!

Ahhh.. I teared up when you mentioned a child going up to your sister and telling her she was a real live princess! She looked gorgeous! I loved all your pictures. I hope I look like a Disney princess on my wedding day! Thanks so much for sharing

So right now your in WDW and I'm 100% jealous!

So I have to admit I got really teary-eyed seeing all the wedding pictures at Sea Breeze Point...well you know why....because it holds a special place in my heart and it's where Mike and I got married...your sister looked so beautiful in her dress! And I love that she took a picture with a fellow bride!!!

I have to admit your filet did look a little sloppy with the sauce, but I wouldn't care either! More yummy-ness! That stuff is just sooooo good!

Hope you're having fun on your trip now!!!

Thanks so much for reading, every bride is a princess on their wedding day…it's magical! But to be in Disney for that day…just takes it over the top! Can't wait to hear about your trip. Can't believe I'm already back home from mine.

Finally catching up! You all looked beautiful at the wedding and your sisters dress is absolutely stunning! Where did she find it (not that I am getting married anytime soon haha)? Its like my dream to get married at Disney and your sisters wedding looked amazing! When I saw that picture of your filet at California Grill I was thinking the same thing you said before I saw your comment it really did look oddly sloppy but that sauce it so good I wouldn't complain at all. I can't wait to eat that again…just made reservations today for CG in February!
